Feature Expedition

Transcribing the Living Collection (TRO-VE) #1.41

SpecimensRoyal Botanic Garden Edinburgh

Help us to transcribe the accession cards for our living collection of plants in our garden! We will link the transcription data to the plants in our collections management system, helping us to further digitally catalogue all of our plants, who they were collected by, and donated by. This will be a large step forwards towards fully uniting our paper and digital records, assisting in the important research on our living collection, and making it more accessible for researchers.

This will be part 41 of our project, transcribing the accession cards for plants with genus in the range TRO-VE

The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh houses a leading botanical collection and every year many researchers from around the world visit to study our specimens.
